the job well done with my kitchen texture/pain project you completed
this past weekend. The project as a whole was completed in a thoroughly
professional manner, and furthermore went beyond my expectations with
respect to the quality of service you provided. Here is a list of what
we felt were the highlights of working with your company:
Pricing was very competitive, and all project questions were fully
explained along with suggestions for project options.
- Consultants for project options/pricing were very informative and helpful in making the design selections. Especially helpful in our decision-making was the "showroom" with examples of the various textures and faux finishes, and custom samples with my selections were generated to allow us to view them in my home, nice!!
- Project was started and completed as scheduled - work crews showed up on time and project was completed in three days, exactly as promised! We also received status calls daily to keep us informed on the progress of the project.
- Opportunity to work with the work crew at the jobsite to tweak the texturing and make sure it matched the look we were trying to achieve.
- Jobsite was cleaned completely after the project was finished, especially impressive given the amount of texturing that was applied.
- Post-completion walkthrough was provided and all items were taken care of to full satisfaction.
- Quality of the workmanship, let's just say that when we walk into our kitchen, we feel like we are walking into a model home!!
